Fake Military Twist on Vehicle Sale Scam

According to a recent FBI press release, there is another new twist on an old scam. Well, old is relative to how long people have been buying cars from the Internet. In this scam, the fraudsters claim to be military personnel who need to sell their vehicle because of a reassignment or upcoming deployment.
